False advertisement. It advertises that you can access your partner's Instagram and WhatsApp messages, but that's not true.
I was only able to access WhatsApp and Instagram, which they do not use. I should at least have been able to access all the messages on their phone or SIM card, but I couldn't. This is false advertisement. I paid $40 and did not receive what I was expecting or should have received.
It seems like this is a scam and I am ready to report it to the Better Business Bureau. I am truly unhappy and unsatisfied, and I would like a refund of my money that they took from my account less than eight hours ago. When you're on the website, it switches from English to another language and there are no contact numbers for these people.
This is becoming extremely suspicious. The $40 that was as quickly removed from my account should be replaced even faster when the advertised services were not provided.

Yesterday on 1st November,2024 I received Email written by somebody named Eric and he directed to the link to claim a refund. That Email read I have only 7 days to claim my refund, after that nothing will be refunded.
I opened the link and fill what needed. Lastly I came to room where I was suppose to put an Email which was used on correspondence. I put it kollfarmsales@***.com astonishingly it said my Email is unrecognized. I wondered why !
! Strange enough after few hours my Email was intervened and never appeared. Automatically my email account was switched to another Email account. Although also it is mine currently I don't use it.
I tried all I do to retrieve it and today I succeeded that's why I'm writing. So hotmart seems it doesn't want to refund me. They must remember that on ad they attracted me to join Google verification Captcha. And I signed that I will work every day to be paid minimum usd 1500 per day.
Hence, if they don't refund immediately, I will seek Legal assistance and they will be liable to compensate me much money. So far, Hotmart hasn't responded anything directly with me. It seems they refused to refund my money. Because they have my Bank Account Number which my payment to them.
Why is it hard for them to refund me ? They're really scammers, I dare to say this.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Despite requesting a full refund, I got a refund for the most recent autopay they extracted from my credit card. As long as they stop charging me, which they said they would and for which I have no evidence that they've continued to charge me, I'm fine with this outcome.
I never received the "home education" I had paid for involving my own healthcare. They have billed my credit card on a WEEKLY basis, despite making it appear the billing would be monthly at most.
I tried calling two phone numbers supposedly attached to your business and was told both times that they were no longer in service. I am a member in good standing with the Better Business Bureau, as a business owner myself, and I will be contacting them. I need to see that this account has been terminated.
I expect a message back from your company ASAP indicating that this account has been canceled and that my credit card will no longer be billed. You can message me at my phone number: 315766**** and/or at my email account: loomij41@***.com.

I have not heard anything from them I also forgot that I was supposed to get 180$ on top of 220.50 They got
I am not happy. It was only going to be $17, but they ended up taking $220.5 out of my account unauthorized.
Now, I'm trying to get my money back.
I have not received any reply back. I had $300.50 at the time, now it's $80.50.

I want to cancel everything with Hotmart that was charged on my card due to misrepresentation and unauthorized charges of $39.07 & $39.82, following the $12.07 charge that was made. I would like a total refund of all money charged, please. Thank you.

I'm trying to get refunds for unauthorized withdrawals. I've never heard of this company nor gave them permission to take money from my card.
Trying to get a refund only resulted in 4 more withdrawals! This company is obviously a huge scam.

They need to be more specific. I haven't been able to access the information and have requested a refund, but not only have I not heard anything back, I continue to be charged even though I cancelled.
I am still not hearing anything back from the company. They continue to charge me, and I am unable to reach them to see why I am being charged even though I cancelled my subscription.
It is very disappointing to still be getting charged when I can't access, and it was explained that it would be weekly charges. It also wasn't in English, which is a problem.

Customer service was fine. However, he was going to set it up with JustAnswer that I would not have to join and I'd get my $1 back as my issue was with the application I was filling out to do Captcha. AI sent me too soon and I had to get them to refund $46., which they have agreed to do.
I want to do work for Google, I don't want to pay justanswer $46.00 to fix a problem with the Hotmart app or for getting back the extra Hotmart charged me. Also, I don't have access to my Google account which Hotmart set up.
