Hotmart taking payments from my bank account
Hotmart has taken five payments out of my bank account totally $173.60 none of them did I authorize this sucks I'm having a lot of trouble getting my money back from this company

I've never requested an account; this is a fraudulent account using my email and name. Please cancel the subscription.
I don't want to click the link for fear they want to steal my information. Thank you.
Preferred solution: Cancel any subscription that has been put under my name please. Someone has used my name and email for fraudulent use.

Refund
I only signed up for initial payment and they billed me without my consent leaving my account in the negative causing me mass issues not being able to pay for my insurance wich will.cause me to loose my license and I drive for a living wich will cause me to loose my job company needs to be more forward about other fees associated with the order

Lied too me no giving my refund
I ordered this product. I received an email stating that the credit card was incorrect and it didn't go through, but it did.
I have proof on my bank statement. All I want is my money back, and I'm getting the runaround about it.

Refund of my payment
Hotmart use false ways to get money. Worse, if you become aware and need a refund, they are reluctant to refund to the victim. They use various ways including using only automatic machine to refrain direct contact, switch/ temper with Email of victim in order to stop communication.
I paid through hotmart for Captcha verification device twice. On 25 th October, 2024 but My Bank informed it went to META PAY and today 31st October, 2024 this payment went to hotmart. My Bank sent me E mail, and they sent an invoice.
After trying I got all Captcha correctly, and been advised to pay money in order to get a special to go on working. So far they said already I was paid usd 140 if I'm not wrong.
I paid to buy to but never received that tool which will enable me to continue working.
I have a receipt of payment from hotmart. I can send if needed as an evidence.
Kindly looking for your help.

User's recommendation: Be aware ! This is recurring incident this week. Two days ago on Facebook with the same title, working for Facebook. I paid through hotmart but didn't deliver me Captcha verification device to work from home. My Bank sent me E mail informing money was sent to META PAY. I tried to contact META but in vain. Today the ad read working for Google and when I paid. My Bank sent me E mail confirming money was sent Hotmart. And they sent me invoice but with different agreement. That I should attend Transcription course.bWhy should I ?

Refund Issues
I have tried to get hold of a person to sort this out all I get is stupid robotic people and I requested a refund which they say has been give but to who as I had the bank change my card because of fraud they took 2 amounts of my account quick to take the money but not to refund as you cant talk to anyone !!!

Scam!!!
This is a scam! They take your money when you call the customer service line, it's no longer in service! Stay away from Hotmart.

Problem with the refund to my bank account
Nothing has happened I would like to speak to a human being not a robot. My bank account no has changed I canny get hold of some one and they keep telling me I have been refunded to who and where !!!
